What I liked
Nurses had a very friendly approach
What could be improved
My relative was called for an angiogram, she went in for the day but the equipment failed so the test was not performed although she had already received a cardiac catheter through her femoral artery, so she had to be recovered from the catheterisation despite the test being a non-starter. Then there were complications with the angioseal used to seal the hole in her artery, net result was a lot of physical pain and another night in hospital with no gain whatsoever and she has to return to go through it all again in a month or so's time. Useless, upsetting and physically painful for my relative. All that money spent on a big shiny building...shame they didnt factor in working equipment or decent interiors.
