"Left in limbo!"

Like many people using this service, you expect support and guidance to move on with your life. My experience to date has been quite the opposite. An initial misdiagnosis was compounded with my sessions ending abruptly. This was followed by months on the waiting list for further counselling. 8 months later I was phoned and informed that I would be seen by a counsellor. I was later phoned and told I would have to wait for a different counsellor. When the sessions finally started, they seemed to be confusing as to the exact nature of the therapy. A somewhat stressful situation has been exacerbated by a non appearance of the counsellor without warning; no contact regarding this missed session what so ever and another cancellation this week, again without any notification what so ever!
