About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Neurology

I have had occasion to change by appoint through admin and found that the person who delt with my request for a changed time and date was stepping completely outside of their brief to do just that and had no reason to comment!! The member of staff was both critical and sarcastic. It would appear from this encounter and other such reasons to contact the hospital but procedures, staff etc came before patients. The hospital proudly boasts: we put patients first That should go without saying. What purpose does a hospital have if it is not to do just that, it would not have a purpose!!!!!"
