"BRI - A&E and ENT Dept"

BRI - A&E and ENT Dept- Following a GP referral I attended A&E , who had a note to say they were expecting me. I was seen within 20mins of my arrival by the sister and then specialist doctor. The whole area was very clean, I was given my own room on the ward and everyone I came across was polite, respectful and most importantly to me, very kind. The communication between the staff was great, although as a patient I did feel like I could perhaps have been told more at times but I was always given information when asked. Great after care when I was sent home too, including a student nurse escorting me to the main exit and helping me to arrange transport.
