(as the patient),

I would like to convey my sincere thanks to a male nurse called Bob, who works Monklands Hospital endoscopy unit. The procedure was quite unpleasant but the experience was made a lot better by Bobs professional and caring attitude. He assured me throughout and told me what was happening which made all the difference. I feel that care at this level should be commended.

Thank you for taking the time to post your experince in Endoscopy at Monklands Hospital.

I am delighted to hear that everything went well and that you felt well supported by the staff, despite the unpleasantness of the procedure.
