(as a relative),

My mother has been a patient with the Govan Health Centre Green Practice since before she had children and it has taken care of her throughout her life. In this the practice has always gone above and beyond her and our expectations. They continued to help and support her and to treat her as an individual until her death in October this year. As a family we cannot thank them enough. In particular, we would thank Dr Heron, Dr Ratter and all of the nursing and reception staff. Special mention to Janet. Thank you to you all.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I can tell from what you have said how much she meant to you and your family.

I will ensure your kind words are shared with the Green Practice in Govan Health Centre, they will be glad to know that the care they provided to your mother made such a difference to her and to you as a family.
