What I liked

My son was treated at the Alexandra Day Unit; the care and attention he received was exceptional; we were seen promptly, all procedures expained fully and all staff treated us all with great kindness, patience and respect. We cannot fault the whole experience.

What could be improved

Nothing - wonderful staff and facilities, so professional
