(as the patient),

I was in for pelvic floor repair and I can't praise the staff enough. They were always polite and even though they were busy they would do anything to make you comfortable. The ward was clean.

Such a happy ward.

Delighted to hear you describe ward 32 as a happy ward. This in itself tells us a lot about the way care is delivered in this ward and the staff who work in it. We know that people don't want to be in hospital unless they have to be, so hearing you describe it as a happy place goes some way to making the experience a more positive one.
