I was having extreme pain as a result of a catheter being inserted & inflated incorrectly following a prostate procedure treating cancerous cells. The nurse & doctor who attended me were simply wonderful & I am so grateful to them both for their attention, support & understanding. They dealt with me promptly & with a minimum of fuss, explaining everything so clearly. Thanks to you both& your colleagues for helping m min my hour of need!
