"Delays & Administration Team"

I was waiting for an appointment after a group therapy session which finished last year. i called the Gender Identity Clinic 3 times to find out what what was going on as I did not hear from them for 6 months. I got alot of confused blurb for the first call. The second call 2 months later they were not sure what was going on so said they would personally place my name and details forward for the doctors meeting (whatever that is). The administaration team promised to call me or email me. Nothing happened and nobody contacted me. I called them again in in September 2016 only to be told I had been discharged because I had not attended 3 appointments in October & November & December 2015 !?: I received no letters of appointments for any of those dates . My GP also received nothing from them since 2014...I was referred to them in 2013.

Dear Anonymous

Please accept my apologies for the level of service that you have encountered in trying to deal with the GIC. What you have relayed here is completely unacceptable.

Can I ask that you communicate directly with the service and ask for your communication to be forwarded to me directly so that I may assist in getting you a response in the shortest timeframe possible.
