"Harold Wood Breast Screening experience"

I was very impressed by the service. My appointment letter arrived a month ahead, last time I only had a few days notice. I needed to change it to a more convenient day and location, I got through quickly and the appoint was changed to suit me without fuss and a new appointment letter arrived two days later.

When I arrived for my mammogram the reception and bright and clean. The two radiographers on duty were very polite and friendly. The lady who did my screening, sorry I did not catch her name, was a credit to her profession and put me well at ease.

My appointment was also on time. A very good service.
