She had a fall and so had some pains on the right side called the paramedics who were absolutely wonderful. We than took her to A&E where it was not too bad but still it seemed the staff were not stressed at all everything was running smoothly so than not so sure why it takes them so long to check the patient and decide what treatment to give. We were in hospital at 12: 00 and did not get home till 19: 30. It seems there are too many hurdles to go through so many different people come to see her and kept on asking the same questions over and over again there is no communications at all. If the first doctor we saw could make the decision and sort everything out in one go it would be so much quicker and less stressful for the family and the patient. It seemed trainee doctors were sent to get the information for the consultant and than he still came along and asked the same questioned again. The paramedic wrote so many notes and took a long time but it seems no body even took time to read his notes. Too many cooks.
If the government wants cuts than they should stop all this hurdles and not waste time.
Because of all this hurdles the patients have to stay over night and take up a bed which is not needed.
A of time is wasted fir no reason.
"Too many cooks..."
