I have been trying to get hold of my records for over 40 days now.

All i get are automated responses from their email address.

I am sorry you have not had a personal response after emailing Birmingham Dental Hospital.

In order to access your health records please phone 0800 917 2855 and a member of the Customer Services Team will advise you of the process and how to obtain the form you will need to complete to make the request.

If you have any other queries about the hospital, the Customer Services Team will also be able to assist you with these.
