I have only praise for the experience I had at the Day Surgery Unit. The one thing that the staff can not really control is the cramped waiting area one you are moved forward to getting changed. It is cramped / warm and does nothing to ease anxiety !! The people who performed the operation though to those who discharged me were all fantastic! I also found the out patients experience superb as well.
