"I wish to thank all the nurses ..."

What I liked

I wish to thank all the nurses who were involved in caring for me during the 12 weeks I was in FPH. I was on several wards and was cared for by many different nurses and health care assistants. I have not one complaint about any of them they were all very professional.

What could be improved

One minor complaint would be that after supper a cup of coffee was avaialable which would be about 6.30 and unless the HCA girls had time that was the last warm drink offered and I think most patients were disgruntled that ther was not always a hot drink available at bed time.

Anything else?

The menu was good well presented food however the portion sizes were quite inconsistant. but the food itself was delicious and a good selection was always available.
