"Excellent support at Ladybrook Children's Centre"

About: Ladybrook Children's Centre

(as the patient),

When me and my son first started attending surestart, I was very worried and nervous about meeting all the other mums and children. I had excellent support from staff members Tracey and Emma.

Emma was my family support worker for a few months and Tracey really helped me to encourage my son to learn to roll and crawl with different activities. Me and my son now attend regularly and me and my son have made loads of friends, I do get a bit anxious about attending group though when Tracey is off, but I do try my best to attend.

My son and me have come a long way since we first started attending.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like you have done really well and come along way. It can be really difficult to attend somewhere for the first time, but you managed this and it sounds like it has benefited both you and your son. Hopefully we will continue to see you at the centre and you will get to know the rest of the staff team. It's also good to read about the support that both Emma and Tracey has given you, I will pass on your comments to them.

Thank you again
