What I liked

My mum was seen in haematology as an emergency and received nothing but great care delivered with kindness and efficiency. The doctor spoke to us like human beings and was able to explain her illness in clear terms without being condescending and gave a clear action plan. Very reassuring at a scary time.

The whole team in haematology have been polite and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better treatment.
