"My son"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Inpatient mental health care

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was taken into the Peter Hodgkinson holding rooms and I was given time with him. The nurse said my son will be moved to another hospital. I tried phoning about my son what has happened to him and where is he but I was diverted all the time and when I did get through it was a answering machine, very disappointed.

We are sorry about the experiences that you had on trying to contact LPFT. The section 136 suite is only staffed when there is a service user in there and are sorry that you were unable to contact any of the nurses. The nurses should have informed you regarding which hospital your son was being admitted to and given you a telephone number so that you could have spoken to somebody. This will be raised amongst the team to prevent this happening again.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback it is very much appreciated and important to us as a Trust to improve service provision. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Heather Hunt Patient Experience Advisor on 01529 222266.
