What I liked
My friend had a hip replacement at St Michael's and of course I visited her on several occasions. Everywhere I walked was all pristine, I was most impressed with the cleanliness on the wards. The staff were very professional and helpful and happy. Discipline was excellent. If ever I needed to have an operation, St. Michael's would be my choice. Treliske could learn a lot from you! Thank you for looking after my friend so well.
