From the moment I arrived, I found the visit to be exceptional. I was greeted by a nurse who apologised for just a ten minute delay. I was treated with dignity, respect and understanding. Everything was explained carefully. The tests, mammogram and ultrasound, were also carried out by staff who took great care to explain the process. I felt that the care from everyone was outstanding.
