"Quick and efficient"

I went in as I had been having chest/heart pain at 31 I was worried but not excessively and have previous positive experience visiting Harold Wood PC. Went to reception (helpful and diligent) and booked in then was asked if I had heart issues (no) was seen within 15mins lovely nurse they checked my blood pressure very low did an ecg fine and other checks n tests. All clear, rest for 48 hrs see gp if problem persists 999 if any worse. All staff (even the staff in the cafe bit) polite helpful and professional. With my peace of mind restored I happily went home to have a lay down. Thanks to all the brilliant and hardworking NHS staff as always you guys do us proud!
