"Receptionist Needs To Cheer Up."

Have used this wonderful hospital a few times.

My visit last Monday was probably my first bad experience.

Receptionist at radiography dept was, unfortunately, surly and unsmiling.

They are letting the rest of the service down badly.

Dear Mr Leach

I am really sorry that you were not met with the quality of service that I would expect.

The X-ray service is operated and managed by North Bristol Trust with their own staff and not by Clevedon Hospital but I am well aware that any service operating here, no matter the badge they are wearing, will reflect directly on our Hospital and therefore I take it very seriously.
