"It's nice to say just how well I was treated"

About: Castle Hill Hospital / Audiology

(as the patient),

I cannot put into words how proffessional, dedicated and caring the staff were at the Endoscopy unit Castle Hill. In simple terms they couldn't enough for me, despite having a disabled, and many elderly patients to care for, and I would say to anyone who is undergoing a similar procedure not to worry one iota, as they really take the sting out of what could be something not nice. As a pretty hardy guy from essex (or so I thought) I really became quite nervous from the outset, but I was soon put at my ease. And its nice to say just how well I was treated, just on the merit of being another human.

I am am pleased to say that although being lucky enough being able to avoid doctors, nurses and other healthcare proffesionals for many years, in that time the NHS is something that has come on in leaps and bounds and is something that we should be truly proud off.

I am pleased I found this website as this really needs saying
