I already knew Dr Foli as I had taken my husband to see him for many years because of his dementia which was caused by a series of strokes.
Therefore, I was extremely worried about seeing him for my own problems and felt it was the beginning of the end somehow. However, I shouldn’t have been for he was absolutely brilliant in the way he explained everything and he thoroughly put both me and my daughter at ease. I had taken my daughter with me as I knew I wouldn’t remember what I had been told and the rest of the family would want to know.
Dr. Foli listened to everything we said and answered so reassuringly. He was so patient and had the skill of knowing exactly how I was feeling. I feel I couldn’t have been put into better hands. He used little things that both I and my daughter said to elaborate on my condition and he made me feel much more confident and reassured. Time didn’t seem to matter as he took a real and genuine interest.
I felt greatly relieved as I left with my daughter who was even more impressed than I was as I already knew Dr Foli. She found it hard to believe how understanding he was and how he managed to use everything we said to great advantage. I feel very lucky indeed to have Dr Foli as my specialist.
"He put us at ease"
