"She is a great listener"

I came to Eccles Gateway with no expectations and not knowing what I wanted from it? I wanted to get back to normal again. In the previous months I had been feeling extremely low. After numerous sessions with my therapist from Six degrees I am feeling much better. She gave me the opportunity to talk to her and she is a great listener. She remembers everything I said to her in previous sessions. I understand all different types of therapy work differently for different people and after hearing that CBT didn’t work for a friend of mine, I was a little skeptical. She however has a different approach I’m glad and lucky to have had the therapy she offers. She told me on my last session that it’s rare, so I hope more people get trained in the way she operates.
