arrived at the outpatients to be told the appointment had been cancelled as I had been sent to see the wrong neuro! no letter received, another appointment had been made for the 22nd november! O the appointment that had already been cancelled by them has now appeared again, no letter received, what do you have to do to get an appointment! this is now my 8th appointment that has been cancelled by the QMC and city hospital, I have been waiting since july for an appointment that has now moved to december! I am upset, and so fed up with the service and the way I have been let down by the service. I am so ashamed that I actually work for the NHS.if I treated the patient I look after this way I would be so ashamed, feeling let down by the system is a understatment.communication is lacking behond believe!
