"Discharged without any knowledge"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Dermatology

Just rang the department to enquire when my daughter's next appointment was only to be told she had been discharged with out us being told.

My daughter is desperate for help with her skin but now has to get another referral from GP so we're looking at waiting at least another 4 months.

Shocking service, although reading other reviews, I'm now not surprised at all.

Shall definitely be requesting Broomfield.
