"Extreme pain but too much effort to order a mri"

About: Kettering General Hospital / Pain Management

I damaged my back the week before Christmas and was in loads of pain. 3 months previous I have knee injury took a year to get physhio and the exercises didn't help. Anyway my GP and kHz refused to give me an MRI for 7 months as they didn't believe me and was the GP that ordered it in the end. During the wait in April developed a serious neck injury in April due to my back and I am still haven't had an MRI. I've begged and while in physhio mentioned it's gone into my shoulders, arms and chest and head. My MRI on back came back showing lots of damage but insult to injury they scanned the wrong area! So nearly a year later my symptoms are a lot worse, my days are non existent because of the pain and physhio has discharged me because they couldn't be bothered to scan the proper areas they were supposed to. I was told I be sent to pain management but month and a half later I ring up and there's no record. So not only have I being listened or dealt with properly by physhio I also being misinformed. I at the point of being in soo much pain I don't know what to do anymore. A and E also wouldn't let me do scans as I'm supposed to go through the system that doesn't work!
