"Rude and brusque staff at reception"

I had a mixed experience at the SOHO walk in clinic. The receptionist that took my details at entry was extremely rude and brusque and interrupted me while I was explaining my health issue saying: 'you still haven't told me the problem yet'.

Not only is this unpleasant when one is trying to explain a sensitive issue but also incorrect as I had just told them what the problem was. I don't think petty rude interactions at a personal level should be a barrier to health care. However, the nurse who treated me was extremely kind and helpful. On the opposite side of the scale entirely.
