"Exceptional care and kindness"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

During a visit to the Physiotherapy department where my husband was receiving treatment I, myself was taken ill. I was looked after with great kindness by one of the physiotherapists, both in the department, and later when my husband was spotted nearby without me. The physiotherapist found me again and helped me sort myself out and felt able to go home.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your treatment at the Physiotherapy Department. I am sorry to read you became unwell during your husband's appointment, but pleased to read you were treated with kindness by a member of the Physiotherapy team. I hope you are recovering well.
