I was admitted to L19 last week due to a low heart rate. I needed a pacemaker fitting. I have to say the care and treatment l received was fantastic. I felt fully involved in decisions about my care and everything was explained to me. All the staff from the housekeepers, doctors, nursing staff, cath lab staff were truly amazing and dedicated and l cannot praise them enough. Special thanks to Camillia, Angie, Angela, Sophie, Hannah and Dr Plaine in particular for keeping me sane for the five days l stayed with you. Keep up the good work guys! !
