What I liked

The very careful assessment on a one to one basis; the thoughtful and insightful advice, and sensitive treatment always in a very healing atmosphere.

Homoeopathy has always played a vital role in my life and kept me in excellent health. The standard of care and treatment here at the RNHH is first class.

What could be improved

A shorter waiting time for appointments!

The length of the queuing system at the dispensary would help us to use time better.

All the staff at RLHH aim to provide a first class service so we are very pleased that your experience of the hospital met with your expectations.

We are sorry that you felt you wait a long time for appointments. The patient booking team are working hard to reduce the waiting times and to improve the efficiency of the booking system
