"Eye clinic"

I accompanied my elderly husband, who is disabled, to the eye clinic for over 3 years - 2012 - 2015, after an attack of shingles left him with limited vision in his right eye. A cataract operation was then performed, which left him blind in that eye. We were not told why this happened, just a suggestion that we could attend a clinic, which we declined as he has other medical needs for us to deal with.
