"Clearly under resourced"

The teams at this hospital are doing a fabulous job however it is very clear that they are short staffed and under resourced which is a shame as it could be so much better.

The hospital is clean and tidy and respect and care is shown at all times.

In admission it always seems to take the full day just to get admitted and find a bed.

There are wards empty with plenty of beds.

Obviously they would need more staff to man those.

As with both the public and private sector, less money is being spent on resource/staffing and as a consequence care suffers because the teams are over stretched - standards slip.

It could be so much better.
