"Trisge system"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

When you take a child to a/e quickly with a burn that you are desperately dousing in cold water you expect someone to come and take an initial look rather than sitting with a fretful child in the waiting room.

Children were called in two assessment rooms obviously in turn or whatever order and I have absolutely no problem with that but someone should be there at the point of arrival or soon after apart from the receptionist.

All the money spent on new builfingsndoes nkt improve the wuality of service.

It is more hands on staff thst are needed in my opinion.
