"Impossible to get hold of."

It's absolutely to get hold of the dental hospital on 0121 466 5000, when you ring you get put through to community health who just say "there lines are down and you've come through to us and we can't help, leave it a while and try again" well it's been 2 days now and I still haven't been able to get hold of them. I've tried 111 who told me to go back to my dentist as I'm overdosing on pain killers. I'm supposed to be classed as an urgent priority according to my referral, hate to see what it be like if you wasn't an emergency.
