"how bad this practice has become"

I have be with this practice since 1970 in the last 5 yrs it has rapidly gone down hill. The phones are always engaged.

The staff are disinterested. And you have more chance of winning the lottery then getting an appointment. But i have no chose but to stay with them. They are my nearest dr surgery. What is going on with the nhs.
