The nursing staff were exceptional. My Mum was cared for in ward 11 for 2 weeks and died on 19th April 2010. All the nurses were both supportive and compassionate with me and my mum while I stayed with her in the final couple of days of her life. It gave some dignity to her final few days and I cannot thank them enough for this

Anything else?

Mum thought the ward was one of the cleanest she has stayed in and she had been in hospital a number of times in the last 2 years
