"terrible receptionists cannot get pass them"

Cannot get passed receptionists to see doctors even when phoning at 8.30,in three years got to see doctor about 4 times and told to come back in 2 weeks doctors shake there heads when you say you can't get a appointment, have to go to walk in centre who can't refer you and tell you only your doctor can do this. Cannot change doctors because told you can't unless you haven't got a doctor and can't come off there books unless you have another doctor so we sit not knowing what is wrong with us.
