About: Westmorland General Hospital / Urology

Attended WCH today as a Day Surgery patient. From check in to discharge four hours later the care and consideration I received from every single member of staff, from Surgeon to Porter, was of the highest order. Not just professionally friendly, but personally caring and extremely keen to see that I was comfortable, reassured and fully involved in every step of my treatment. The care and concern I received today was certainly why we still look up to our NHS as a beacon of excellence. May i offer my heartfelt thanks thanks to you all
