"Plastic surgery outpatients"

I was visiting the consultant to have suspected basal cell carcinoma removed. I arrived early and I was called in before my appointment time by a cheerful and friendly nurse. The consultant was friendly and easy to talk to. On examination they felt my condition was not as bad as first thought and explained treatment options to me. I had cryotherapy which took seconds. No drama and no fuss. Thank you to the plastic surgery team, I can now get a nights sleep .
