What I liked

I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff, after my Vascular Surgery,for the care and attention I received during my brief stay . Any fears or worries were quickly dealt with, and my phobia of air in my face-not very good when expecting oxygen masks etc, was dealt with in a professional way and in no way ridiculed. Only one slight discomfort was the chilled temperature in H.D. U.But even this was dealt with by the offer of more blankets,from caring nursing staff, and probably was conducive to not aiding the breeding of germs in a warmer atmosphere. Thanks again to you all, from the moment of arrival, and finding our way around with the aid of one of the smartly dressed cleaners, to a reassuring hand shake with my Surgeon, on a job well done .
