If You are looking for a hospital which is unable to communicate, then BMI Lancaster is the place to go.
I have been trying to contact the hospital for numerous days as a private patient to enquire and book an appointment. Why I thought it would be a much easier, more simple route to take to use a private BMI Hospital, I do not know as this has caused me nothing but added stress to my on-going health problems. Please train your staff to answer their telephones, as you most definitely have lost my custom, how many others are you losing?
