"Disgusting service!!"

My 18month old woke up covered in a rash that's blistered and looks very aggressive. He suffers with eczema but I know what eczema looks like and this wasn't it! Try to call Twydall clinic and the number just rings out, check the website and call the number again which doesn't even connect. Finally after 20 mins get through to someone and it's the wrong clinic, they give me a number which again just rings out. Then get told the open times are 9 o'clock. Sorry but why GP opens at 9 o a Monday morning?? Finally get through to someone 40mins later and luckily get an appointment. Sorry but update the website with the correct number and answer the phone when it rings. My sons rash could be something serious but the struggle to get through to even make an appointment let alone actually seeing someone! Disgusting! And people wonder why the A&E is over run when you have gps like that!!?!!!
