our 2nd visit in 7 days for breathing / coughing problems. having been told twice by the gp that there is "nothing wrong other than man flu" we visited the emergency doctors here, twice. On both occasions our concerns were noted, listened to, and followed up. Both doctors were pleasant and courteous and took their time to explain what they thought and why, explained their proposed treatment etc.
we can't thank them enough .
it is an excellent service and hopefully will continue to be provided for the community, let's just hope people don't abuse it.
