What could be improved
administration is appalling my wife was booked in as urgent for a operation by the consultant on the 16 th march and on the 9th april my wife phone bournenouth royal hospital she was told that there was no record of her at all.
Anything else?
ON a later date when my phoned bournemouth royal hospital she was informed that thire was no such thing as urgent .
