"Long waiting queue!!"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital / Accident and emergency

We came after my 3 year old had a head injury and started vomiting. We reached hosp at 7.30pm and were kept waiting for 1.5hrs to see a nurse (around 9pm) and then 2.5hours more to see a doctor (at 11.30pm) who then referred to paed who came around at 2.30am. My daughter was alright by this time and started playing on her own but the paed wanted to check with the consultant who only came at 4am.... such a horrible waiting game for a 3 year old. They should have considered about her age and tried to look at her sooner!...Disappointed!
