It was after 12.0, about 12.15.

The audiologist said they were closed, having their lunch, the clinic closes at midday.

Not according to your website.

They did mend my hearing aid reluctantly and, as I left, insisted that they close at .12.0.

I have previously had excellent service from your clinic.

It appears that the website has not been updated following a change in service times - we apologise for this and thank you bringing it to our attention. We will ensure that the correct opening times of 9 am to 12 noon are updated and displayed as soon as possible.
