(as the patient),

Seen consultant in May got an MRI scan done June which shows I need a op, consultant said to make an appointment for Sept when I seen them in May. receptionist says there's no appointments for then so they would get the consultants secretary to send one out so I get one for Jan.  I think this is ridiculous. keep phoning up to speak to the Secretary but get no where just get told they have no other appointments until then.   I suffer Rheumatoid arthritis which is causing this problem with tendons.
