I was telephoned recently by, from Mr Newmans Secretary to see if I could attend the next day for my varicose vein procedure. I have to say that from the staff on reception to all the day care staff, that I was treated with the utmost care and nothing was too much trouble. Mr Wall who was to perform the procedure explained everything to me every step of the way. I was looked after from start to finish. 10 out of 10 to everyone involved. Great care was experienced throughout.
